Section 15 in The Jammu and Kashmir Probation of Offenders Act, 1966
15. Probation Officer to be public servants.
- Every Probation Officer and every other officer appointed in pursuance of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, Svt. 1989.
