Section 22A(5) in Punjab Liquor Permit and Pass Rules, 1932
(5)The permit shall be renewable by the [Excise and Taxation Officer (Excise)] [Substituted for 'Excise and Taxation Officer Incharge' vide Haryana Government Notification No. GSR 13/PA1/14/Sections 18,34 and 59/Amd(1)/87 dated 25.2.1987.] of the district, for one year at a time on payment of fees prescribed in sub-rule (1) above.
