Section 19(2) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(2)The term of office of the elected and nominated members of the Executive Council shall be three years:Provided that a member nominated under clause (vi), (viii), (ix), and (x) or elected under clause (vii) of sub-section (1) shall cease to hold office as such member if he ceases to be a Dean, a Principal, a University Professor, a Reader or, as the case may be, a member of the Court.
