18. Powers and duties of Registrar.
- Subject to the supervision, direction and general control of the Vice-Chancellor, the Registrar shall act as the Secretary to the Governing Board and also to the Executive Council and shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be provided in the Statutes, or delegated to him under this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances or the Regulations.
