Section 12(5)(f) in The Rajasthan Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1959

(f)A trader or his agent shall notify to the Assistant Controller and Inspector the site of all weighbridge for platform machines and the names of persons using or operating such weighbridges or platform machines, at least, a month before the commencement of their use or operation and get them verified and stamped well in advance of their use.
