Section 72(2) in The Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006
(2)On extension of the period, unutilised raw material and imported or domestically procured capital goods shall be allowed to be carried forward at their original value and the Bond-cum-Legal Undertaking executed by the Unit shall be revised accordingly.
