4.Amendment of section 10.
In section 10 of the principal Act,—(a)in sub-section (2), in clause (a), for the words "to be appointed by the Board", the words "to be nominated by the Visitor" shall be substituted;(b)after sub-section (5), the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely:—
