Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Rules, 1974

(1)The educational agency shall nominate one of its representatives as Secretary of the School Committee:Provided that, it shall be open to the educational agency, to nominate the Headmaster as Secretary.
