60. Delegation of power to hear appeals.
- The State Government may, by general or special order, delegate its power of hearing appeals under the provisions of this Act, [x x x] [Words 'except the power of hearing appeals under Sections 26, 40 and 41' deleted by (Amendment) Act 10 of 2002.] to any authority specified in such order.
