Section 149(3) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(3)No member of the Force shall be civilly or criminally liable for doing any act in good faith in the performance of his duty to protect the forest property and no Civil or Criminal Court shall take cognizance of such act against any member of the Force without the prior sanction of the Director, Forest Protection Force, J&K State.
