Section 20(1) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Punishment and Appeal) Regulations, 1978
(1)An appeal pending at the commencement of these regulations against an order made before such commencement shall be considered and orders thereon shall be made in accordance with these regulations; as if such orders were made and the appeal was preferred under these regulations.
