Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Powerloom Weaving Worker's Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2010
1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.
(1)This Scheme may be called the Tamil Nadu Powerloom Weaving Worker's Social Security and Welfare Scheme, 2010.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu.(3)It shall apply to all manual workers engaged in powerloom weaving works.(4)It shall come into force on the 19th February 2010.
