11. Deviation during building construction
-11.1If at any time, after permission to proceed with any building work has been given, the Authority is satisfied that such permission was granted in consequence of any material misrepresentation or fraudulant statement contained in the application given or information furnished, the Authority may cancel such permission and any work done thereunder shall be deemed to have been done without permission.
