Section 992(ii) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(ii)The Superintendents, 24-Parganas and Howrah, shall present the receipted copy of the issue voucher to the Ordnance Officer, Fort William Depot, Calcutta, before they take delivery of the stores.
