10A. [ Member removed shall not be eligible for re-appointment.- No member of the market committee who has been removed from his office on any of the grounds mentioned in section 10 shall be eligible for re-appointment to any market committee.] [Inserted by the West Bengal Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 1975, section 4.]
