23A. Application of section 23 to non members.
- Any debt or outstanding demand due to a registered society, authorised under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 16, from any non-member or estate of a deceased non-member, shall be a first charge on the property of the non-member or belonging to the deceased non-member to the same extent and subject to the same claims, conditions and restrictions as debt or outstanding demand due to a registered society from any member or the estate of a deceased member is under section 23, a first charge on the property of the member or belonging to the estate of the deceased member.
