(1)The District Panchayat Officer shall furnish by the 15th of November and 15th of May of each year an abstract showing full particulars of loans sanctioned by the State Government to a Grama Sasan within his area and of all the recoveries of principal and interest thereof, to the Director of Grama Panchayats in such form and in such manner as may be directed by the Director of Grama Panchayats from time to time. A copy of such abstract shall be sent by the District Panchayat Officer to the Accountant-General , Orissa simultaneously.
