Section 6(3) in The Haryana Ceiling on Land Holdings Rules, 1973
(3)On receipt of declaration form from such person, the presribed authority shall get the particulars given therein verified by the Tehsildar/Tehsildars of the Tehsil/Tehsils in which the person owns or holds land.
