Section 792(1) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(1)The petitioner shall deposit the necessary process-fees for service of notice on the other parties concerned within seven days of the order directing the issue of notice or within such further time as the Court may, for sufficient cause shown, allow.
