SHRIKANT EKNATH SHINDE (KALYAN): I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for free and compulsory pre-marital genetic testing for couples planning to get married or start a family in order to identify common genetic blood disorder like sickle cell, anaemia and thalassemia and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
