135R. [ Mode of proof of entries in agriculturist pass-book. [Section 135R was substituted, by Gujarat 9 of 1995, section 8 (w.e.f. 23-07-1997).]
- A certified copy of any entry not being an entry made by a bank or registering authority in-(a)the duplicate agriculturist pass-book maintained by the competent authority, or(b)the agriculturist pass-book of the agriculturist.shall in all legal proceedings be received as prima facie evidence of the existence of such entry and shall be admitted as evidence of the matters, transactions and accounts therein recorded to the same extent as the original entry itself in the record of rights but not further or otherwise.]
