Section 544(a) in Civil Court Rules of the High Court of Judicature at Patna
(a)Form no. (R) 42-Stock Register of books in the Library. - A register of all books, reports, returns, etc., received in the Library shall be maintained. As soon as anything is received in the Library, it must at once be entered in this register and immediately thereafter in the catalogue. Once a quarter the clerk-in-charge of the Library will submit the register for inspection to the officer-in charge.
