Section 6(1) in Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable Services) Interconnection (Digital Addressable Cable Television Systems) Regulations, 2012
(1)No broadcaster shall disconnect the signals of a TV Channels of a multi system operator without giving three weeks notice to such multi system operator, clearly specifying the reasons for the proposed disconnection.
