Section 3(1) in The Orissa Local Fund Service Rules, 1975
(1)The Local Fund Service shall be constituted by the State Government as per the provision in Sub-section (1) of Section 81 of the Act, and shall include such of the posts of the Municipalities as specified by the Government from time to time by order in this behalf.
