Section 9(1) in Bihar District Mineral Foundations Rules, 2018
(1)In respect of Major Minerals, in addition to royalty, there shall be paid to the respective District Mineral Foundation, an amount equivalent to such percentage of royalty as prescribed by the Central Government under sub-section (5) and sub-section (6) of Section 9B of the Act.
