Section 10(4) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(4)The Executive Council or the management, as the case may be, shall communicate through the Kulpati to the Kuladhipati such action, if any, as it has taken or may propose to take upon the result of such inspection or enquiry and such report shall be submitted within such time as the Kuladhipati may direct.
