Section 126(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)The statement as to the affairs of the LLP to be submitted under rule 28 shall be in Form No. 37 and shall be made out in duplicate, one copy of which shall be verified by affidavit.
