12.
No member of managing committee shall enter into an contract for work, or supply of materials or for any sale or purchase with the managing committee except with the previous permission of the President of the Committee where he is the District or Sub-divisional Officer. If the President be not a District or Sub-divisional Officer the previous permission of the Inspector of Schools shall have to be obtained.
