Counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the enquiry conducted by the Sub Divisional Officer (Annexure-5), the Village Development Officer is involved in the embezzlement of the Panchayat fund and he has transferred the money of the Panchayat fund in the bank account of his relatives, however, the respondents have only suspended the petitioner.
Counsel relied upon the judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in the matter of Deepika Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan reported in 2019(2) W.L.C. (Raj.) UC 784.
List this matter for final disposal on 23.02.2023. Meanwhile, operation of the order dated 07.06.2022 (Annexure-6) shall remain stayed.
