issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the
file of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned order dated
05.11.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd
respondent to conduct fresh Interview for appointment to the post of
Panchayat Assistant in the second respondent office in accordance with
law.
