(2)As soon as may be after the first day of July every year, the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad shall prepare a report on the Administration of the Zilla Parishad during the preceding Panchayat year in such form and with such detail as the Government may direct and submit the report to the Zilla Parishad.After approval by the Zilla Parishad it shall be submitted to Government by the thirtieth of September every year.
