Section 10A(1) in The Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
(1)The Board may constitute committees consisting of such number of trustees as the Board may consider necessary in each case, to assist it in the discharge of its functions and shall lay down the terms of reference of such committees, the quorum thereof and the venue where such committees should meet.
