Section 29A(3) in The Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)Not less than one third of the total number of seats reserved under subsection (1) and (2), shall be reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes or Other backward Classes, as the case may be.
