Section 2(1)(l) in U.P. E-Court Fees Rules, 2016

(l)"Grievance Redressal Officer" means an officer of the department not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Stamps, authorized by the Commissioner of Stamps, or an officer not below the rank of Additional District Judge authorized by the Registrar General of the High Court or the District Judge, as the case may be.
