This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the complaint case and stay the further proceedings in Complaint Case No. 369 of 2007 (Ram Nath vs. Data Ram and others) as well as summoning order dated 18.9.2007 passed by Additional chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 17, Etah, U/s 496-A, 504, 506 I.P.C.
Record shows that this matter is pending since 2008 on account of interim order dated 20.6.2008 passed by this Court whereby the proceedings of the lower Court has also been stayed.
Application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order stands vacated.
