These matters have been listed, on receipt of a letter from the learned Arbitrator who points out that proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code has already been initiated against the 1st respondent - Asten Realtors Private Ltd. and therefore, that he is incapacitated from continuing further as the Arbitrator.
2. The learned counsel for the parties sought some more time.
3. I, therefore, adjourn these matters to be called on 30.11.2023; but clarifying that the pendency of this letter or the proceedings will not stand in the way of the NCLT proceeding as per law.
