Section 12(1) in Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003
(1)All the wells sunk in the State on or after the date of commencement of this Act, shall be registered, including the wells in the areas not notified under section 9, with the Authority in such manner as may be prescribed.
