Section 109A in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951

Save with the prior approval of the State Government, no Registrar or other employee of the Council shall hold office after the last day of the month in which he attains the age of fifty-eight years or such age of superannuation as may, from time to time be fixed by the State Government for its employees and the Registrar or other employee holding office on the date of commencement of the State Pharmacy Council (1st Amendment) Rules, 1977, shall cease to hold office on such commencement, if he has attained the age of fifty-eight years on or before such commencement.]
