(3)This section shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of the Act shall come into force in such area and from such date as the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may be notification appoint in this behalf, and different dates may be appointed for the coming into force of the different provisions of the Act.
