76A. [ Notice of closure. [Inserted by S.O.1735, dated 29th November, 1976.]
- If an employer intends to close down an undertaking, he shall give notice of such closure in Form Q to the State Government, the Deputy Labour Commissioner, the Assistant Labour Commissioner and the Employment Exchange concerned by registered post.]
