Section 29(c) in The Himachal Pradesh Nautor Land Rules, 1968
(c)the application for review of an order shall not be entertained unless it is mode within 90 days from the passing of the order and unless the applicant satisfied the Financial Commissioner or the Commissioner or the Deputy Commissioner or the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) as the case may be, that he had sufficient cause for not making the application within that period;
