7. Limitation for appeals.
- Every appeal to the State Government under Section 16 of the Act shall be preferred within a period of thirty days from the date on which a copy of the brief statement of the reasons for the refusal to grant, or cancellation or suspension of a licence is furnished by the licensing authority to the applicant or licensee, as the case may be.
