In the light of previous order dated 18.12.2024, Dr. Shalini Jain, (ACMS, Sonpur), Dr. Pankaj Kumar, (Sr. DMO, CGHS, Patna) and Ravi Kumar Pandit, (Assistant Personnel Officer, Sonpur), are present in the Court, however, they are not in a position to apprise this Court with reference to Rules of Recruitment governing the post of Traffic Apprentice, Goods Guard and Assistant Station Master in order to ascertain under the eligibility criteria, is there any words incorporated in so far as the physical fitness of a candidate or not.

2. We have perused the Advertisement CEN 03/2015, under the eligibility head it speaks of only physical fitness. There is no elaboration of what is the physical fitness, therefore, whatever the respondents are relying on Master Circular No. 32 Patna High Court CWJC No.16154 of 2024(5) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 read with Medical Manual of the Railways (5 and 11) may not assist the respondents until and unless Rules of Recruitment governing the aforementioned post reveal physical fitness is required to be examined with reference to Master Circular No. 32 read with Medical Manual of the Railways, Therefore, the concerned Authority is hereby directed to furnish rules of recruitment for the aforementioned posts on the next date of hearing.

3. Re-list this matter on 29.01.2025.
