                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the record, we do not find any reason to entertain this petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.

However, looking to the totality of circumstances, it does appear appropriate and hence is provided that if the petitioner Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Dr. surrenders before the Trial Court within two weeks from today and Mukesh Nasa Date: 2022.03.25 15:24:16 IST Reason: applies for bail with 48 hours’ advance notice to the public prosecutor, the Trial Court may consider the bail application 2 expeditiously and take a decision thereupon without being influenced by any observations made by the High Court in the impugned order dated 22.02.2022 or by dismissal of the present special leave petition.

For a period of two weeks from today or until disposal of the bail application by the Trial Court, whichever be the earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed, subject to the observations and concessions aforesaid.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
