Section 133(1) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)The driver of a goods carriage transporting dangerous or hazardous goods shall ensure that the information given to him in writing under sub-rule (3) of rule132 is kept in the drivers cabin and is available at all time while the dangerous or hazardous goods to which it relates, are being transported.
