Section 32 in University of Horticultural Sciences Act, 2009
32. Education.
(1)Subject to provisions of this Act, Education in the University shall include Bachelor's. Master's and Doctoral degree programmes and short-term diploma/certificate courses in the disciplines of Horticulture and allied sciences as prescribed.(2)The Educational programmes would maintain congruence with the State and National policies.(3)The University shall put in place initiatives for e-learning, distributed/distance education, Information and Communication Technology - enabled knowledge sharing etc.(4)Programmes of Horticultural education should aim at producing competent and skilled graduates and post-graduates.
