Section 1 in U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-Committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulation, 2000
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(a)These regulations may be called the Uttar Pradesh Pravidhik Shiksha (Committees and Sub-committees, Affiliation of Institutions) Regulations, 2000.(b)They shall apply to all committee and sub-committees constituted under Section 18 of the Act.(c)They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Gazette.
