47. Officers and other employees of the Metropolitan Authority to be public servants.
- Every officer and other employee of the Metropolitan Authority [and every member or the [* * *] [This portion was inserted by Maharashtra 26 of 1975, Section 7.] committees constituted under this Act] shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
