(2)It shall come into force on the [date] [Vide Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 1st September 2004 and has come into force on the 1st day of September 2004. i.e., the date of publication of the said Code.] of publication of this Code in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
