(2)The Fund shall be applied for meeting-(a)the salary, allowances and other remuneration of Chairperson, Members, Secretary, Officers and other employees of the Tribunal;(b)the expenses of the Tribunal in discharge of its functions under section 40;(c)the expenses on objects and for purposes authorized by this Act;(d)the payment of compensation out of the sell proceeds under sub-section (2) of section 43.
